I've created a private group and have started using the what I thought was "private" forum.  Someone who is not a member somehow was able to post to it.    I've checked, double-checked, and triple-checked our group to make sure it was marked as private, yet someone was able to post to it.   Any ideas?

Same with a Private Group I have created.  I've emailed MMR but as of yet received no reply.  I was quite surprised to see a reply, and also to learn that our "Private" discussions were showing up on the main Recent Posts listing.

Well, I too see our discussions in the list, but I don't see it when I visit the site when I'm not logged in.  I think we're seeing the discussions because we're part of that group when we're logged in.  I'm still puzzled by the reply part though, if they're really "private" how did they get a reply?

    Six,

I just got an email reply from MMR, and they are looking into the problem.

As a programmer type myself, I know that sometimes a particular case just drops through the cracks.  I'm confident the hole will be blocked up soon.

I have noticed that the group privacy settings keep randomly changing.  For some reason some of them keep going back to "All" from "Members".  We also had someone join our group without an invitation even though the group is private.
