Help!: Can't save route

I looked around at some posts, but I don't know whether my problem is the same as in other people's posts.  I've tried a few things, but no dice.

I have a mapmyrun.com account I haven't used much, but I wanted to come measure a new run, so I logged on, updated my profile for my new residence address, and drew the route on the map.  When I try to save it (either as Save to Profile or Save to Training), I'm dumped back into a login screen.  Furthermore, the login screen won't accept my email address and password, even though they log me in just fine when I leave the site and then come back to log in.

Not only can't I log in at this point, but if I click on "I forgot my password" and it prompts me for my email address, it then claims that my email address is unrecognized.  Note, I'm entering the same email address that I had used to log in just minutes earlier, and that is clearly displayed in my profile.

I've made multiple attempts in different browsers, with no improvement in fortunes.  I'm on Windows XP and have tried in Firefox 2.0.0.9 and IE 7.0.
