    How do you guys log your treadmill work outs?

     I thought about making a course on a flat strip of land, perhaps a runway in the correct length and logging that.

     For speed work (400m) I made a lap route at the school and just recorde multiple runs for how many i do (wonder what the max work outs a day is, because in a few weeks that will get up to 7)

    There is no need to use mapped courses to record your treadmill workouts. Simply go to "my training" and add a new activity for the day (see left of calendar). Choose run, and add other details if wished. On the second page (stage) you choose the kind of running (long, race, etc.), and then simply add the distance. MapMyRun then can calculate the average speed and calories uses.
