    I don't know if it is that I have overdone it a little or that the cold is making me achy.  Last month I ran 50 miles compared with the 60 that I had been running. So I think that I probably didn't overdo it. But lately my legs seem to be falling apart: my knees ache and my ankles feel almost sprained sometimes  - not all the time. Rather than risk overdoing it I am halting; giving my body a rest.  Hopefully two weeks is enough to feel right as rain again. Can it be just the cold? Does anyone else experience something similar?
