    I just wanted to share a great find, something to use for marathon training!  It's like having a running coach right beside you and has good music too.  I just downloaded it from the site.  If you're training for the marathon, I suggest volumes 2 and 3, as the first one is more greaed to walking/jogging.  Each workout is about 50 minutes, which I find really kicks my butt!  Check it out for yourself, and good luck in the marathon!  Link follows :)
