I am having difficulty with the Map new Run Feature.  The map loads, but nothing else does - The mapping controls, mileage indicator, quick start, etc.  I use Firefox, but it doesn't work on IE either.  It works fine at work, so I suspect it has to do with some setting on my browsers or security software.  Still after reading the Help!Forums, I can't figure it out.  I use CA anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewall & anti-spam...

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    chris

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for your message and I'm so sorry that you are having difficulties with the mapping tool.

I recently heard from another user with the same problem, and it turned out his Firewall decided to block our site all of a sudden.  He went into his Firewall settings and allowed access to our site, and everything works fine again.

Thus, this would be my first suggestion.  Please keep me posted and let me know if you still have problems.  Thanks!

    Gisela

I am also having this same problem in both Firefox and IE. Map loads but no Tools. This has been since I installed the latest CA Personal Firewall that is provided by my ISP, Optimum Online.

    Product Version: 10.0.0.150
    Engine Version 1.2.260

If I turn it off, then I have no problem getting the tool to show up.

This is not the first problem I've encountered with this firewall product - but it might be a good idea for you guys to check with CA about this  and offer some suggestions. I do not see an option to list sites in this tool. Listing the site in the IE list of safe sites did not help. The other problem I had was with YouTube on one of my computers. I could not play video if I had the firewall on. The CA Help did not give me any clear idea of what the problem was. They suggested it might be due to the default video program on the computer causing a problem. I still haven't figured it out!
