I was recently introduced to MonaVie, a health product that consists of 19 different fruits including the most product of them all...ACAI.  I started taking it and to my amazement, it's been helping with most of my ailments such as knee/joint problems.  As well as giving me a boost of energy throughout the day.  when working out with weights and cardio 6 days/week, MonaVie helps replenish the nutrients I would lose while working out and again, it helps with the problems I've encountered.  Anyone else tried it?

Unfortunately the only thing I've heard about it is that it's a multi-level marketing company and that the company won't release just how much Acai is in the juice so you don't know if you are really getting what they claim.

That's all I know.  It's what I've heard through the grape vine.  But if it works for you, I guess all that doesn't matter!

     I don't know much else.. :(

I have done some research on Monavie as well as other MLM products.  Monavie contains a form of glucosamine which would explain your happier joints.  As far as what else is in it I agree with Cmerun.  What you tend to find is corporate claims of objective, peer reviewed scientific trials but I can never find any that have been published.  You also get a lot of anecdotal evidence from product users, many of them from the people who sell it.

In some instances people may actually feel better because of the product but IMHO you have to take the "placebo effect" into consideration.  If someone takes a product that they believe will make them feel better there is a good chance that the person will actually feel better, but it may not be a result of the product itself.  The brain is a very powerful drug in itself.

Take that advice with a grain of salt but if you want to read up on more about MLM's go to www.quackwatch.org .  The site is run by a medical doctor that debunks much of the snake oil that is out there.
