First off- love the site!!  2 Quick feature requests:
Gear tracker - some people use it, some people don't.  Personally, I do.  Is there a way that I can set up something in my profile to automatically open the shoe tracker as I input a run into my training?  It bugs me that I have to manually open it every time.
Othe distance markers-  I often run fartleks and intervals on the road (actually, I always do).  It would be cool if I could specify what distance markers I want on my run when I map them out (i.e. - 1/4 mi, 1/2 mi, 400m, 800m, whatever).  I do it now by adding a marker, and it takes forever and it's fairly inaccurate.
While I'm asking...  It would be great if there was a way to put in my intended training.  I'm currently training for a half marathon, and I have all of the training runs that I want to complete in a training journal.  It would be nice if they could be on here.  In other words, I input what I want to run, then change it to a workout once I've completed it.  It won't count towards miles or calories until it's completed.
Thanks for all you do for us!!!

I completely agree, with the gear tracker, an automatic update would be nice. It would be great addition to be able to identify smaller distances... On the note of fartleks and intervals, I frequently change between distance and time, time for road and trail running (fartleks) and distance on the track (intervals). It would be great to have some way to track my track work outs, eg, distance and time per interval. I usually write everything down but it would be great to be able to record here as well. I also completely agree about the training calendar, it would also be nice to have a target time as well.
