    I'm new to the site and I can't figure out how to add a run that I've already created to a new calendar day (for example if I run the same route more than one day a week) without it being removed from the original calendar that I created it. Can anyone help??

    Go to the training calendar for the date of the original workout.  Click on the icon for your workout which will open it as if you were going to edit it.  Down at the bottom is a "Copy" button.  Click this, confirm that you want to copy and then you'll be editing a new copy of that workout where you can then enter the date of the second workout.
