Help!: Unable to view anything but short rides

Something has changed recently such that I am unable to view any rides over 80 miles or so. 

I can view http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-kingdom/east-molesey/624077298 but not http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-kingdom/walton-on-thames/600190130 where I get the script running on this page pop up. If I opt to cancel then it tantalizingly shows the map for a second, with the route but then takes me to the less helpful error:

Mapping Tool Cannot Load

Action Required: Adjust your Browser Settings

....

 Which points me to a load of options that I already have.  Firefox, no firewall blocking anthing from that site, no ad blocker. I am running on Solaris but surely the OS does not matter.

 When I uploaded that ride it worked.
