Help!: [Sink] need cycling advice

I am back in my bike after 3 years off due to back injuries,  I went and Bought a TT bike( Equinox 7) but is been hard to keep the pace and most of the time I feel like my legg are giving up, even that my mind and my desire are all there. any advice?
