I wear tights that has 2 tiny pockets, I only carry a key and head lamp since it's getting dark much earlier now. Don't carry an ipod or cell phone. I'll soon have my roadID wrist band.

I have one of those sport armband things for my iPod, although I can't figure out how to wash it, so it smells like hell. I used to carry my school ID in my shoe so I can get back into the dorms after a run, but I recently bought shorts with a pocket. I usually run with a water bottle, and drop it halfway through my run.

    buy an iPod shuffle

i keep an old empty bag of potato chips in the back of my truck, and just keep the keys in there, and mix it in with everything else. sometimes i'll even bring an old worn out sock, and roll the keys up in there.

It depends on what I'm running and for how long.

Everyday runs: iPod on armband, keys in shorts pocket

Long runs/trail runs: hydration backpack with pouch for cell phone

Races: amphipod's "micro pack" that clips into my shorts for keys and Gu and stuff...can't even tell it's there
