i seem to run faster and better with one or more people running with me, i can get along with easily and i'm very outgoing , i run at a moderate pace, unless i do speedwork. also sometimes my neighborhood gets alot of punks looking to start trouble, so i like to stay with someone that way i'm not alone and defensless...
