Help!: Route highlight does not show when viewing maps

    Issue:Route highlight does not show when viewing maps To the Tech Support people, Can you please share your thoughts regarding not being able to see the route highlight in any of the maps?  I can see the highlight when creating or editing routes but not when viewing my or anyone else maps.  I checked my settings and I do not think any of the setting features turn the route highlight on of off.

    Has anyone received an answer to this? Do the site support folks review these screens?

    Also:

    In edit mode the line is transparent and thin.  In view mode the line is thick and solid and obscures road name.  This is bad.  Please change it to use the edit properties for the view properties of the route line.

    This may be a clue as to why the line disappears for some people.
