On September 6 & 7, I will be riding in the annual Missouri Bike MS ride to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.  The ride is 150 miles through central Missouri, with options for 100 miles each day.  Last year I completed the century both days, and I'm hoping to do the same this year.  These are the routes:
