So, I never really ate breakfast before i started running, and now that I do run in the mornings I never really have enough time to make myself a decent breakfast before i have to go to work. I usually forget anyway because I'm so used to not eating breakfast. I know breakfast is verrry important, and especially after running I need the nutrition. So are there any really quick things I can eat that are good for me after a run in the morning?? suggestions?

Nutrigrain makes some really good soft trail mix bars.  They are quite tasty, and, while a little sugary, have a bunch of grains and fruits.  I get them at Costco.  I'm a big clif bar person, and energy gels are good for running but should not, under ANY circumstances, be a meal replacement.  I think Hammer Gel is the best on your stomach and is pretty good nutritionally (and it tastes good, especially the apple cinnamon).

I Usually have some type of granola bar, highly recommend the Nature Valley Bars, they come in alot of flavors but in my opinion the Oats and Honey is the best.  I eat these before most of my runs and eat them before I race in track/Cross country.  Everything everyone else has said is also good, especially trail mix.
