    I am trying to train for a 10K, and want to lose 7 - 10 pounds. My exersise routines have been pretty heavy(For me anyway). I ride about 120 miles per week, and run between 10-12 miles on the weekend. I know I need to eat more, but I am not up on the dietary needs for this type of pace. Can anyone help me to find a diet that will get the weight off while maintaining the energy I need?
