If you ask for Display elevation it shows you your max and min height travelled but does not tell you exactly how much climb in metres/feet you have done during your training session. On opening the raw data(csv) it attepts to give you the accumulated descent and ascent but either mine downloads incorrectly or the formula is incorrect. By adjusting the fomulae in those two columns myself I have got it to give me the total climb that I have done, so if I have climbed three hills (and gone down them) it will add up the height of each section of each hill and add the totals. Is that what the csw sheet is meant to do - because at present it doesn't.

i noticed this too, but didn't get that technical about it.  somehow my total ascent has been less than the difference between the max and min elevation on all the routes i have mapped.  the elevation profile does however remain a good visual  indicator of the hills i did.
