Runner's Forum: Central Park gym showers?

I will be in NYC for a couple days the first week of November and would love to run in Cental Park.  Only problem is I don't have any place to clean up afterwards.  Does anybody know of a gym w/ showers that does 1 day memberships?  I'll be running near the south end.  Thanks!
