    how do I setup a run that is recurring?

    First you need to click on the 'my training log' tab. Once you do that, click on the Add activity or add workout links on the left side of the page. the add workout link is near the top, just under the my training tab. Add the workout like you normally would, and keep continuing through each step. You have the option on the last page (step 3) to click a box that makes the workout recurring. Then just enter in details for how often you perform the run, including end date. Then click done. You can double check it by clicking on your 'my training log' tab and look for icons on the apropriate days.
