Hi everyone!  I'm looking for someone to do long runs with on the weekend, somewhere around 8:30 - 9:00/mile.

A little too fast for me, but good luck. What are you training for? I just ran my first half marathon last weekend and am looking forward to scheduling and training for another.

I think I might have overestimated based on what I've been doing lately. Theoretically training for Boston, but that's assuming I can get picked up by a charity. Which half did you do? I've never done one!

I ran the ING Hartford Half Marathon in Connecticut. It was a great experience. I had run some 5K's, 10K's, 5 miler and a 10 miler but never a half. I am definitely going to do one again. Next up though is a Thanksgiving morning 5 miler.

Are you going to do a half-marathon as part of your training? I would suggest it, is great to get the feel for water stops, pacing, refueling etc. Especially if you have not done many races.

I want to run a full, but want to get a couple of more halfs under my belt first.
