Feature Requests: xml web service for getting top-level route data?

Hey, it would be really cool if you offered an XML web service that returned just some top-level information about a route (distance, total elevation gain and loss) when given a route ID. Maybe you've already got such a thing...?

For years, I've entered my own ride metrics manually in a database, and I'm kinda tired of doing that. If you offered a web service, I could download my route info from your site to my own system.
