description: Starts at the Stretch Rock on Town Lake under the Mopac Bridge. Through some rough trails for the first mile to the Zilker Clubhouse, then through some rolling hills of the Rollingwood neighborhood. The trail is a series of right turns uphill to the Clubhouse. The map can't show that details. It might be tricky the first time on the trail but just keep going uphill. If you prefer, you can skip the trail by running up Stratford Dr. Careful of cars on Stratford Dr. on your way down. No water available, carry your own. Add more mileage on the Town Lake Trail if you like.
