I have lost about 80 pounds since May 2004. I ran my first 25K in May!  That was a huge goal for me.  I have my summer planned around some smaller races and may run a half marathon in October.  I am dealing with Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot which worsened after the 25k (those last five miles were killers) so no huge miles for me right now.
