10 Km route on bicycle paths/sidewalks. Relatively flat in residential neighborhoods with no busy intersections to cross. Paths usually cleared in winter.

Nice quiet residential neighborhood. Safer than most, because the sidewalk/bike path is separate from the streets, and the paths stay busy during daylight hours. One decent hill just north of milepost 5, but otherwise flat.
